That was director Jon Amiel (the clunkers as Trap, Sommersby or endearing Copycat) should have given me a clue but does a good job towards the viewer popping (it has since refuge in the TV and low cost). Also discovered Aaron Eckhart for the general public and gives us over the presence of a beautiful Hilary Swank, who tested here the bitter gall of failing at the box office blockbusters.
